All orders are shipped from the UK and are processed within 1 - 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Customised Orders:

Customised orders will usually take a little longer (please see the specific listing for an estimated lead time). Please get in touch if you need your customised item(s) in a hurry, we'll try our best to help!

Shipping to the UK:

Shipping charges for your order will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free to the UK on orders over £30. For orders below £30 the shipping charge varies depending on the item(s).

When will my order arrive?

We aim to ship out all items within 48 hours of ordering (and usually sooner than that!).

Orders to the UK will usually arrive withing 5 working days, however delivery times can vary depending on the the courier and service used. For more information, please visit our shipping page.

Do you offer any discounts?

We currently do no offer any fixed discounts (bluelight etc), however we do post offers and discounts on our social media pages - links to our social media can be found at the bottom of the page.

Do you offer discounts on bulk purchases?

We may be able to offer a bulk discount on certain items (including bespoke items). Please contact us to discuss further.

Do you offer bespoke orders?

Yes! At least we can on certain items. We have lots of personalised gifts and cards available, but if you can't find something that's quite right, get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

Will my personalised item take longer to arrive?

Probably, yes. Whilst we do make all of our personalised items in house as quickly as possible, they still may take an extra day or two to arrive compared to an in stock item. Check out the product information on the item you would like to order for more accurate time-frames, as some items take longer than others to make. Need something in a hurry?
